I am 14 and looking for a good foundation to use. I don't have acne just a couple of spots sometimes but my skin is often uneven. I would prefer a foundation that isn't really obvious that im wearing any and one that is affordable and good for your skin.
Thank-you.What is the best foundation to use for teenagers?

choose mineral foundation..Mineral foundation is ideal for concealing blemishes and spots. they made from gentle ingredients that wont damage your skin, cause infection or irritation. it doesnt contain dyes, harsh chemicals, fillers or oils.
The natural pigments that every mineral product contains blend easily on the skin and provide superior coverage due to the lack of cheap fillers. They are also appropriate for those with dry skin because the minerals trap moisture in the skin and keep your skin hydrated all the time.
I'm thirteen and I have a few spots and lots of really annoying white patches - which look really stupid against my tanned asian skin - and I use a pale powder (one that's quite a bit paler than your normal skin tone) on red areas, pimples and circles under eyes) as a concealer. Over that, I use ten-o-six tinted moisturizer - it's a cross between a sunscreen, moisturizer and foundation, is really good for covering up spots and weird patches but isn't too heavy or expensive. The powder I use is an old clinique compact, but you can get cheaper ones if you want. The ten-o-six tinted moisturizer is really good for teenage skin, because if you use it properly, it doesn't clog up pores and is oil-free.
Nivea Visage Be Beautiful Tinted Daily Moisturiser
It is a daily moisturizer but it is a foundation at the same time. U dont even need to wash it off, it just absorbs into the skin. It also adapts to ur natural skin tone so u dont even need pick the colour. it can protect ur skin from UVA and UVB. it wont clog pores and it isn't costly around about $10. it masks imperfections while moisturizing ur skin at the same time.
I'd go for the mousse foundations. They're really light. I'm only 20 and that's what I've been using for 5 years now. If you've got skin prone to dryness you'll need to moisturise before putting it on, but you can barely feel it on your skin once it's there.
I use Rimmel London Cool Matte mousse. Make sure you match it to your skin tone. You may have to use a different brand to me, since everyone's a slightly different colour. I think it's about £6 from boots, but each tub will last about 3 months if you're using it most days.
Try maybelline mineral wear foundation. Minerals are great for your skin. Will give you great coverage, won't be cakey or obvious, Is good on your wallet, its very light and evens out your skin.

I've known several women who have bad skin and look about 10 years older, because they wore makeup when they were young. Nothing can beat your natural looks and people don't notice a few spots. Of course the people who want you to spend your money on cosmetics don't agree with me.
Rimmel London: Lasting Finish 16HR foundation.
