How does 2 teenagers become physically fit and flat/toned by the end of the summer?

We are poor, young, liscene-less, and lazy.


We live in a very hot area so we're not going to make running common for us.


We can't swim because we prefer to be flat/toned in the stomach b4 we do.


And we can't afford a gym membership.


We are lazy and really love to eat food, especially junk food.


Help?How does 2 teenagers become physically fit and flat/toned by the end of the summer?

The above two links are sites with detailed exercise demostrations. Most of these exercises can be done for free or for very little money. Make a workout routine using them. You are going to have a problem with the lazy part. It requires at least an hour of your time every day.

You should lay off the junk food. you can walk even in a hot climate early in the morning or at night. For a flatter stomach you need to do ab exercises, you don't have to have a gym membership to do this just a friend to hold your feet while you do crunches. I recommend the exercise ball they are very inexpensive and very affective for abs, arms and legs exercises.
Well you need to cut the junk food.


and you need to swim. Thats the only way. Swimming gets you into shape the fastest, take it from an experienced california CIF champion.


Getting in shape doesn't come for free. No pain no gain.
