What is a psychologist or therpaist that helps abused teenagers and children?

I am looking into becoming one of those when I grow up. I love helping people, and something I really want to do is help abused teenagers and children. What is a psychologist or therpaist that helps abused teenagers and children?
Yes, a Child and Family Therapist works with abused youth (and also youth and their families with issues outside of abuse). Social Work could be an option as well. The great thing about social work is that you can work in all sorts of different areas within that field. A lot of people think ';child welfare worker'; as soon as they hear the term social worker, but that kind of background can also get you into jobs where you work in schools as a liaison worker, government jobs putting together/facilitating programs for troubled youth, private agencies that teach positive parenting skills to families to prevent abuse at the source ... all sorts of areas. Then later if you burn out from front line work you can still stay in your field but work behind the scenes with policies or as a supervisor...the options are endless. You could even work in a youth correctional facility if that was a line of interest.

Just a side note: working with an agency of whatever sort that helps people improve their parenting skills (especially with young/teen parents) can go a long way to helping these parents learn how to not abuse their children or repeat the cycle of abuse that they may have been raised with. What is a psychologist or therpaist that helps abused teenagers and children?
usually a C+F therapist or family issues therapist or just therapist helping troubled teenagers
