Is there a Program that helps advanced teenagers lean a language at a fast pace?

I am really looking for something that is not expensive, and can be either on a computer, or somewhere you have to go to.

Thanks.

Oh ya, something for adults will work too, and the language is French. Is there a Program that helps advanced teenagers lean a language at a fast pace?
The best way is to be immersed in the language -- to live with a family that speaks only that language in a town where you have to use that language, with no one to speak English to. There are exchange programs for high school students you could apply for, or if that's too expensive maybe you could find a family in French-speaking Canada that needs a helper for the summer who would take you in and teach you French. I was an exchange student in Denmark. I arrived speaking not a work of Danish, and in about 3 months I could manage on my own in shops and around town. It was a great experience in many other ways, too.Is there a Program that helps advanced teenagers lean a language at a fast pace?
