What happens when it comes to teenagers in second marriages?

I mean when there are opposite sex teens on both the husband and wifes side? They're past the age where the westermarck effect takes place, and thus would not find themselves sexually repulsive, like they would had they grown together from an early age. So how do couples deal with this? What happens when it comes to teenagers in second marriages?
yeah idn, but a family from my school had that same question.....and nine months later the boy and girl had a baby together....so obviously they didnt handle it well! What happens when it comes to teenagers in second marriages?
well most just realize that even without blood they are now 'related' and they just shouldnt go there but i do know someone who was dating a guy, their parents met, started dating also, and ended up getting married, making them step siblings, but they continued to see eachother as boyfriend/girlfriend since they had met first.
they don't, just ignore it, and if something happens take them to the jerry springer show, that'll fix everything
