you could run stairs, hike, ( if you live in a hilly area! ), run around your neighborhood, or join a jym and workout there! just remember to stretch before and afterwards!! as for the plan, i dont have one but you could set a goal and once you reach it set a new one! haha, i dont know! ( ex. start out running a mile a day, then keep adding more and more till you reach your goal! )

wow i bet all the guys love you your a perfect size but if you want a running program i would do 3 miles three days a week and bike 2 miles two days a week and if it rains run up and down the stairs lol it works trust me or run on a treadmill and weekends dont do anything lol you need a break kk hope this helps
Wow, you are at a great size. I am 5'4 and I am 120! And I can say I am not fat at all, I am fairly thin. You should join a gym, that is what I did.
