Where are there street dance classes for teenagers in east london?

- Are classes or private lessons better?

- Is it good exercise for toning muscles and gaining flexibility?

- Are there classes for beginners?

- Is it partner, individual or group work?

Any other details would be helpful from people who have experienced this type of dance in a workshop of some kind of a class.

Thank you.Where are there street dance classes for teenagers in east london?
Lots of local youth clubs have groups. Check your local paper for details. It is good exercise and good for socialising with other teenagers, so I would say join a group as opposed to private lessons. No you don't need a partner.
