Nope. If you are 16 then you can go to Zero Gravity or Warehouse. But beware of Warehouse because it is full of sl*ts.
Visit Michigan Ave, The Art institute, Definitely go to Navy Pier You'll love it!!!
Watch the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off and have a great time. Just enjoy the city its one of the best in the world.
Lots of things. Sell drugs, buy drugs, paint gang signs on buildings. It happens daily.
