The only 'hack' (not cheat) that will do that is the Inteenimater. It is available here:

You have to install the version that is compatible with your latest -released expansion pack. For example, if you have Freetime and Bon Voyage, you have to install the Freetime version, because Freetime was released later than Bon Voyage.


Once you have downloaded it, open the zip using Winrar or Winzip and read the documentation carefully. The installation instructions are included and are very detailed.





Edit: To the person who said you need the Insimenator, sorry for the thumbs-down, but that is incorrect. The Insimenator is a great mod, but it will NOT enable your teen sims to have kids. The Inteenimater is the only mod that will do that.How do you make sims 2 teenagers have kids?

It's called Inteenimater %26amp; it's brilliant.


You can have several memories like miscarriage etc %26amp; there are many features which make the game more detailed %26amp; realistic.


It also comes with optional extras called 'Flavor paks'

You can go to www.modthesims2.com and do a search for teen pregnancy and it should give you what you need. It's a game mod. You do have to register for the site though.
Yeah you have to have the insimenator.
