What looks good in a teenagers bedroom with lime green paint?

I'm redoing my bedroom and I'm almost 13.I need help!!! I want to paint my room lime green.But I dont know what color of bedding or curtains or other decorations to get.I have hardwood floors so no carpet.I want a designer look like what they show on HGTV and TLC.I dont want it like all plain and dull.HELP!!!What looks good in a teenagers bedroom with lime green paint?
I am 12 (going on 13 as well) and I have sky blue and lime green paint, with some purple accent stuff. I found the cutest bedding that was lime green, sky blue and chocolate brown at target. I basically based my room off of that color scheme after that.


I think that it's super cute





I got the bedding at target so it was very affordable!


Also, because you have hardwood floors, maybe your could try to get some cute rugs that match to make it more cozy.

if you paint your walls green put aqua blue poka dots on them
White for curtains. Pink,black,white,and a little lime green for accent colors. pillows,rug,bedspread,ect.

bright Pink, and yellow. highlight it with red. go to linens and things, they have all of that real nice things for what your looking for. I'm doing my 8 year old girls room with the same stuff. (covered in green paint now) I got what they call a room set cost 100 bucks, comes with bedding, rugs, and a few other things. have fun
Turquoise and a medium shade of purple, both go well with lime green, with white as an anchoring color.


I just finished my daughters room a little over a month ago. We used a bright turquoise for the lower half of the wall and a very pale shade of the same for the top with a double decorative wooden boarder through the lower third of the wall painted medium purple, inset with a large pop art flower boarder of lime green, turquoise and purple, again set on a white base color. We included sheer lime green curtains ( I made them) but I know you can purchase them some places, and a lime green area rug. We used a white down comforter for her spread and added a mix of lime green, purple and turquoise toss pillows, about a half dozen of them. The white comforter, white ceiling and white back ground behind the bold flower boarder, gave everything a nice unified feeling. It looks nice.

Red and put a watermelon in there. jk about the watermelon a light red or a darker green would probably be best.
Purple would match lime green well... Like a light purple. That would look REALLY good! =]

A room in my house is lime green and dark blue, it looks really good together. Looks great with beech furniture and a beech venician blind.

If u want to, u could always have animal curtains such as zebra stripes or something like that
My daughter just did the green wall thing. She accented with drapes and bedding a few shades different by going to home depot with an example of the paint, matched it on the paint swatches and used the other complimentry colors on the card. Hers was more apple green to me but in the end it looks great with the mirrored closet I put in.
