You need to sign up for an actual extras agency. Your parents have to sign you up and then you either get a phone number you call or a special password for their website for you to log in and search for upcoming extras work. You have to fill in an application and leave your headshot or they take your picture if you don't have headshots

I'm signed up with 2 London extras agencies. With one you call a recorded hotline, the other lists jobs on their website.
You won't FIND any web sites for extras.. the production companies put their needs for extras IN THE LOCAL CLASSIFIEDS.. you also DON'T GET PAID as an extra.. you do know that.. right? At best you get some experience and maybe a cold hot dog and a warm coke if you are lucky.
